The ideal candidate will assist in the development, administering, and coordinating of the department policies and procedures. In addition, this individual will serve on and participate in various committee functions. Candidate will also provide support to personnel as a team leader, promote staff development, assist with care plans and assessments, plan budgets and promote resident rights.
