I am excited to blend my love of Yin Yoga and the Chakra System in this ongoing online workshop series. In each class we will explore and learn about a different chakra, as I guide you through a Yin Yoga practice and guided chakra meditation. This sacral chakra practice will awaken and balance the second chakra through a sequence of beginner friendly hip opening poses.... You don’t have to have any knowledge of the chakra system or any experience with Yin Yoga (or any yoga) to participate in this online workshop. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the chakra system and an embodied experience of it. Dear Embrace Yoga Community, As you know, due to COVID-19, the Embrace Yoga studio has been closed since mid-March and it is with great sadness that I have made the very difficult decision not to renew the lease at our current brick & mortar location. After a decade in this industry, for the very first time I don’t know what the yoga world will look like in the future. The world is not the same and moving into the unknown is scary, but my yoga practice has taught me tha...t we are always being asked to change and transform. What I do know is that yoga is my calling and Embrace Yoga is not over. It is something bigger than a physical studio. Embrace Yoga started as a desire to hold space for healing, then it became manifest in a physical location, and it is now a beautiful community of teachers, practitioners, students, and clients. Embrace Yoga will still carry on with online yoga, meditation, and Reiki offerings and your class cards will still be valid for online classes. This is not the end, but rather a new beginning and I will continue to be in touch as the future unfolds. Thank you to every teacher and student who walked through the doors of Embrace Yoga. Thank you for your support and your practice. I look forward to the next steps and I can’t wait to see you online and in person again eventually.
