Equal Pay Day is when a woman has earned the same amount that her male counterpart earned in 2020. We demand equal pay for equal work. On average, a woman earns $0.82 for every $1 earned by a man. For Equal Pay Day, let's commit to electing more Democratic women because more women in government will bring us one step closer to ending the pay gap.
