Hello Everyone , We hope is well with all of you! For a time, we were only taking nail trimmings in Wednesday mornings. Starting next week, we will be taking nail trimmings open till close Mon-Sat. Please call before bringing your pet around, as we will still have the doors locked. If you wish to enter the building, you will need to wear a mask. Hello again everyone, We have been getting calls about getting in for nail trimmings. As of right now, Emily will only be taking nail trims in on Wednesdays from 8am till 9am. This is the only time as of right now for nail trimmings. I will ask whoever would want to come in for nails, to please form a line outside and keep distance from one another. I will take the dogs/cats/etc. in one by one, take payment while they are having their nails done, and then bring them back out...side once their nails are done being clipped/grinded. Hello Everyone, So we will officially be back tomorrow, June 8th. As you can imagine, we have booked up very quickly. I have been going through appointments, in order, from March 17th till now. I am still getting through the waiting list, your patience is very much appreciated. As of right now, unfortunately, we will not be taking on any new clients. We just have so many of you to get to that taking on anymore, would just be too overwhelming. When we get things back on track,... then we can start thinking about taking on more clients. We also will not be allowing anyone into the building, we can meet you at your car or by the front door. You can call us from the car, or knock on the door. We know it has been a rough time for everyone, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. With that said, we know a lot of your cats and dogs will be matted. We are not brushing anyone out, if your dog or cat is matted they will be cut accordingly to how severe it is. We are more concerned with comfortability over vanity at this time. Dear pet owners: Now that we mandatorily have to spend more time at home It has come to my attention that some of you are going to attempt to groom your pets yourselves. Please be advised that it’s not as simple as it may seem and can be extremely dangerous especially on a matted/knotted coat.... Large pet supply stores Petco, PetsMart and some veterinary offices that also have groomers are still OPEN. I strongly recommend using a professional pet stylist instead of DIY! As Always! DO NOT USE SCISSORS TO CUT ANY MATS ! Bathing too frequently may cause -dryness, flakiness itchy irritated skin (especially if the product is not fully rinsed out) . Long coat breeds: If the coat has matting knots or tangles and is not COMPLETELY BRUSHED OUT prior to the bath not only it will be almost impossible to rinse out without any product being left, it will absolutely get tighter and worse once the coat has dried (pulling it even tighter and closer to the skin). Brushing your pet on daily basis is the best way to maintain a healthy coat while spending quality time with your four legged family members . We are hoping this quarantine will be over sooner then later so we can all get back to our normal lifestyle. Until then we want you to be safe . Wash your hands frequently and avoid unnecessary contact with others.

Hello Everyone, hoping everyone is of good health. We have received news that we will have to be closed until further notice, starting tomorrow. As soon as we reopen we will be rescheduling everyone that was already on the schedule. So anyone that needs to make an appointment, we are potentially going to be backed up for quite a while...
