Happy April! The clocks have sprung forward and spring is officially here! Are you new to our Emma's page and wonder what our "Mom of the Month" is all about? We started choosing a mom every month in September of 2019 that has been doing the hard work of grief. What does that look like? A mama who has experienced a pregnancy or infant loss that comes to our monthly support group/ schedules sessions with our grief counselor/ connects with and supports other grieving mamas.../uses the tools she learns to help take steps on her grief journey. Any one of those or all of those things. Grief is hard, exhausting, and all consuming when you start the work. . We are going to do something a little different this month because we get to make the rules around here!! We are choosing a couple that dove head first into their grief when they got the news that their sweet Adeline had no heartbeat at 36 weeks. Stay tuned for more of Justin and Breanne Daugherty's story towards the end of the month. See more
