This week at the Community Table: Emmaus Arts Commission is featuring Lehigh Valley native Gina Loveless, the author of the three-book, middle grade series Diary of a 5th Grade Outlaw (Epic! Originals/ Andrews McMeel). ... Diary of a 5th Grade Outlaw is an elementary school adaptation of Robin Hood, where Robin has to win back her best friend and defeat the school bully, all with a hungry stomach and making new friends along the way. It's a hybrid-style book, like Diary of a Wimpy Kid or Dork Diaries. Gina will be handing out buttons, bookmarks, coloring sheets, and activity guides for kids, all involving her Outlaw series. She'll also have a hands-free cut-out of the cover that kids can take pictures with. If you're interested in purchasing books in the series, you can sign-up for an appointment with Let's Play Books to buy copies of the series and bring them back to the market to get them signed by Gina.
