Extreme ice conditions exist on many roads throughout our coverage area and Wyoming County in general. Please stay off the roads if possible. We’re handling multiple vehicle crashes and disabled vehicles.

Recently we have noticed an increase in reports of drivers not stopping for school buses with their red lights activated. We've issued 4 citations in the last 2... weeks alone after receiving videos captured by the school buses. You read that right, we get video of the violation when an incident is reported. We work closely with the Tunkhannock School District and the school bus drivers to cite the offenders and we take a zero tolerance approach when a violation occurs. What will it take for people to start obeying the law? A fine? A license suspension? Jail? Killing a child? If you get a phone call that has Plummers towing or plummer and plummer on the caller ID with a 570-945-5107 number and the caller says your car was towed and ...impounded and you have to pay a fee over the phone DON'T give out any information. There is a scammer that shows plummers number and says your car was impounded for illegally parking and that you have to pay over the phone to have your car released . The caller can't tell you any info about the car or where it's located. See more
