IMPORTANT UPDATE APRIL 1, 2021: The Enola First Church of God is pleased to announce that the popularity and ratings of its low-powered radio broadcasts on 89.9 FM are skyrocketing. Though this station is only capable of broadcasting out into the church parking lot, people are listening and the word is spreading. It doesn’t matter if it is snowing, raining, freezing cold or blazing hot. Every Sunday at 8:00 and 10:30 AM, people by the hundreds have been packing the park...ing lots at 9 Sherwood Drive in Enola, PA to listen in. Radio giants Dave Ramsey, Jim Bohannon and Delilah got word of the low-powered station headquartered in the Sanctuary of this Central Pennsylvania church. These three visited ECOG on a recent Sunday morning to listen in. They were so impressed with what they heard that they immediately contacted Administrative Board President, Barry Miller to recommend that 89.9 FM become a bona-fide high-powered long-range radio station. The Board unanimously moved to take on this initiative and just recently received approval from the FCC to do so. In order to provide a variety of content, new shows featuring ECOG’s fine staff will be scheduled in addition to the Sunday morning programming. These new shows include: The Toy Train Talk Show with Conductor George; Doggie Obedience at its Best with Trainer Sandi and Mr. Buddy; The Nanny Hour with Tips from Taylor; Let’s Get Jogging with Coach Amy; and Birds, Squirrels and Other Small Wildlife with Marilyn. This new programming will begin today, April 1, 2021 and will be broadcast nationwide. Please consider listening in and supporting this worthwhile radio initiative.
