Good morning! Attached is the August schedule. Please note that there are some uncertainties during the week of the 10th. One of these classes will need to be cancelled, but I do not know which one yet. I will send out a new schedule as soon as I know. I know that many of you are not yet ready to bring your practice back indoors, so don't forget that as long as the weather cooperates, there is a free, informal class in Golden Park on Tuesdays at 4:00.... I am so excited to announce the reopening of Equilibrium Yoga and Pathways! I am attaching the July schedule, which looks a little different due to the summer season and COVID-19 restrictions. In accordance with social distancing guidelines, I am limiting class size to 5. If I find that I need to add more classes, I will do so. Please refer to the following guidelines: COVID-19 Changes... *The monthly pass will guarantee you a minimum of two classes per week. *You must register for class in advance by texting your request to 570-840-4048. Space will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis. *Please make your request prior to 30 minutes before the start of class, whenever possible to allow time for a response. *Please bring your own yoga mat. *Most importantly, please understand that these procedures are new and I expect a good deal of trial and error as we navigate the best way to practice together. Additional Opportunities to Practice Casey O'Connell will be teaching classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00. Please know that her pricing is independent from Equilibrium. A few weeks ago, I started an informal, free class at Golden Park driven by the need to reconnect with my practice and my fellow yogis. As long as the weather cooperates, I will continue this throughout the summer and invite anyone who would like to join. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again! Namaste. Rose

We are back on our mats today! This week I have classes on Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:00 am. Class size is limited and a reservation is required.
