Big changes such as leaving their steady job to start their own business I’m not making light of or downsizing the idea that we are in a big time of change right now.. However, the lens you use to view this situation determines your perception Perception determines your mindset And -> -> -> So there are real challenges happening now-- and, , . Encouraging and feeding into a negative mindset causes a spiral . So while I usually use this exercise to help people make and pursue decisions outside of their comfort zone It is also helpful right now, when so many people It allows us to proceed with our mindset from a place of strength. ? Take a piece of paper and make three columns. In the first column, make a list of all these worst case scenarios that are filling your head Some worst case scenarios are becoming reality right now, I get it The you have control over is So in the second column, list how you are going to choose to respond to each worst case situation And in the third column, list what you can do to prevent each worst case scenario Over this last month I’ve seen communities come together over Facebook I’ve seen businesses launch delivery services and new revenue streams I’ve seen abundant human kindness So, it is there. .
