Today’s #ProjectSpotlight is the perfect combination of beauty and brains! The West Chester University of PA Student Recreation Center included a new 71,000 SF, three story building with a covered parking garage. This $28 million project features a full gym, racquetball court, and rock climbing wall so students can stay active in between their studies!

Wow! We could not be more impressed with the amazing progress happening at Camden High School! Our team is working on creating a new, modern educational complex while also incorporating some historic aspects from the old building!

Who’s ready for another #ProjectSpotlight! We can’t get enough of these awesome shots from the men’s & women’s basketball locker room Saint Joseph's University renovations completed last fall. The final product really shows off their school pride and team spirit. Good luck to both teams!!

New year, new #ProjectSpotlight! The Sharswood project has so much to offer, including a 3-story townhouse style building with 32 rentals, 2 mixed-use buildings with an additional 66 rental units, a parking garage, and retail space! The total project spans 234,000 square feet! Wow!
