Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors for the Elizabethtown Fair is officially announcing the cancellation of the 2020 Elizabethtown Fair, which was scheduled for August 24-29, 2020. It is with great sadness that we make this announcement. Governor Wolf announced Thursday that the Green phase of reopening would limit gatherings, including fairs, to 250 people and would also include additional requirements and restrictions that would be impossible to enforce. ...This has forced us to make the difficult decision to cancel. In addition, we have a sincere concern for the safety of our volunteers, exhibitors, concessionaires, sponsors, attendees and the entire community. We want to thank everyone for their understanding and loyal commitment to the Elizabethtown Fair during these unprecedented times. Please remember to support our local first responders, businesses and non-profit organizations, as you are able, during this difficult time. We are incredibly thankful for the support of our patrons, volunteers, exhibitors, and concessionaires. Please stay safe! We cannot wait to see you next year! Mark your calendars for August 23-28, 2021 We will be back!!!
