Happy 100th Birthday! Our engine no. 11 was built by the American Locomotive Company in October, 1920; at birth it weighed 200,800 pounds! The locomotive did not leave the factory until it was sold, three years later, to the tiny Narragansett Pier Railroad in Rhode Island - as a result the builder's plate on no. 11 carries a 1923 date. We were looking forward to a centennial celebration this fall but due to the Covid situation we have postponed all passenger excursions until next year. Watch for announcements about our 2021 schedule here and on our web page.

An important message for our patrons and friends. Due to the public heath concerns occasioned by the continuing spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the Everett Railroad is suspending all passenger excursion trains until further notice. If you have already purchased tickets for one of our events, we will be making full refunds. While the present situation is disruptive for all of us, we know that it is only temporary and when conditions improve we will again look forward to seeing you at the depot.
