A lot is expected of the Planner on the day-of, and we love the challenge! As a team, we find ourselves going above and beyond every weekend to meet, as well as exceed expectations. Often, sweeping floors at the end of the night, clearing tables between courses, filling water glasses....even jumping in and passing appetizers on a tray...for the first time...to 150 ravenous guests (right, Lauren & Jen?!?!) While we are always game to jump in, 'grab an oar' and help in these ...situations--Our priority on the day-of is to manage the details, not the dishes.
