Buyers have spent the last 9 months trapped at home and have realized that white kitchens are hard to keep clean, grey feels cold and "un-homey" (i just made that a word) and open floor plans don't allow for any quiet or privacy when working or studying at home. ... Also, I hate to tell you, but modern farmhouse? also on its way out.
