We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience... as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. We are seeking an individual that is capable to work under direct supervision, of performing work in the accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. This individual will provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, along with MH/MR and other disabilities in a community home setting. The individual will act as a liaison between the Program Specialist, Staff and the clients. All work is reviewed by the Program Specialist or Program Direc...tor through an evaluation of the timely and accurate completion of assignments. Duties Complete/Comply with all Responsibilities as Direct Care Associate Supports the achievement of individual’s personal outcomes. Implements individual’s Community Integration. Accompanies individuals on recreational and shopping trips with approval. Engages individuals with in-home leisure activities such as arts, crafts, and board games. Train new staff on client’s ISP, Goals, and health and safety needs. Complete monthly fire drills, check water temperature, and fire extinguishers. Provides general assistance to the individuals in the home with implementing their activities of daily living. Completes documentation as it relates to their job responsibilities. Communicates and resolves individual concerns with the Program Specialist and attends all mandatory staff meetings. Complies with instructions given by the Program Specialist in the event of a crisis situation. Conduct inventory on supplies weekly. Serves as a model to the appropriate language, dress, and behavior. Provides On-call support for home. Complete 24 hours of training annually, relevant to ODP and Human Services. Assist with facilitating monthly staff meeting to address household concern and to foster team building relationships. Assumes other responsibilities as required. Will take individuals on doctors’ appointments, medication administration, and transportation of individuals in their own vehicle.
