NEW OFFICE VISIT PROCEDURES All patients coming to our offices for appointments are to wear a traditional face mask that covers both the nose and mouth for the entire time they are in the building. Neck gaiters and face shields will no longer be allowed. If you do not have one, our front desk staff can provide you with one. Anyone who refuses will not be seen. Additionally, from now on only the person who has an appointment will be allowed in the office. Those allowed to bri...ng one support person for their appointment are children under 18 or disabled/elderly patients who require caregiver assistance. Spouses who live together may still attend dual appointments together. Any adult children who live with their parents can still accompany them to their appointment as well. This is to decrease traffic in our waiting area and patient care areas. Due to the increase in positive COVID cases in our county we are doing everything we can to protect not only our staff, but our chronically ill patients who are at greater risk for COVID infection and serious complications. As of 10/1/2020 we will no longer be seeing patients in our Pine Grove location in Russell, PA. Our Warren and Sugar Grove locations will still be open and seeing patients.
