Feed My Sheep Ministries Church in Halifax has been blessed this week in our food pantry. We have received boxes of food containing milk, yogurt, cheese, apples, potatoes, onions, chicken and hotdogs. All boxes are pre-packaged and ready to load into your car. There is no geographical or economic requirements to be met and there is no limit to what you may take.. If you are in need, we want to help. We have approximately 20+ boxes remaining. We will be receiving these boxes every Saturday for the entire month of February in addition to our monthly food pantry items.

Feed My Sheep Ministries Church had a busy and blessed weekend with the spontaneous and unscheduled opening of our food bank. We had the privilege and honor to meet and to be of service to so many families Friday, Saturday and even Sunday. Our hearts are filled with joy! We also had an overwhelming response to inquiries if we also accept donations. We would be blessed with any donations to our food bank so we can serve the community better. After this past weekend our in...ventory has diminished considerably and there are so many that still need help in these unprecedented times. We accept any non-perishable food items as well as frozen food items. We will gladly accept any monetary donations as well, made out to Feed My Sheep Ministries. Every penny of your monetary donations will go directly to the food bank and nothing else. Isaiah 58:10 and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. Our food bank is open to the public today. We have everything from cereals, crackers, granola bars, protein bars, soups, pastas and sauces, juice, condiments, snacks of all sorts for adults and children, canned vegetables, gravy, spices, coffee, herbal tea. The list goes on and on. Please come and take what and as much as you need. No requirements to be met. No questions asked. We need help unloading boxes of food and stocking the shelves once per month and food distribution 2nd Saturday and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 11am to 2pm. Due to a heating issue, Feed My Sheep Ministries will not be having service tomorrow morning, Jan 10th. We will resolve the issues next week and we will resume worship services on January 17th at our normal time of 11am. Remember.....THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!
