As I was taking pictures at the Cross Country meet this afternoon I was standing next to a girl that was cheering everyone on as they went by. Our girls came by... so I started cheering them on as I was taking pictures of them. The girl standing next to me asked what school I was cheering for I told her Southeast Valley. Finally when the last of our girls went by I went to leave so I could get near the finish line to take pictures. The girl standing next to me grabbed my arm and said Don't leave yet, my sister is running and she is dead last. I looked around and noticed the crowd had moved on to watch the finish. I told her I would stay and help cheer her sister on and take a few pictures of her and asked what her sister's name was, she said Jasmine, so as Jasmine ran by we cheered her on and the girl thanked me for staying. I never got her name and not sure what school Jasmine is from? So if anyone knows this girl in the pictures if they could pass these pictures on to her or her sister. I learned a lesson today that even the last place finishers need to be cheered on! See more
