Happy Earth Day from the team at Fields! The earth is what we all have in common. Let's take care of it! Here are our top tips for a dental routine that’s kinder to the planet: 1. Switch to an All-Natural Dental Floss or a Water Flosser Flossers with plastic handles are even worse for the environment since the plastic handle is discarded after each flossing session... Or, if you dislike flossing your teeth altogether, consider substituting your traditional daily flossing with the use of a water flosser. 2. Re-Think Toothpaste in a Tube These tubes are difficult to recycle traditionally because they are often made with both plastic and aluminum. 3. Consider Creating a Homemade Mouth Rinse 4. Buy products with eco-friendly packaging or go package free! 5. Recycle or re-use your product containers 6. Reduce your water usage 7. Shop from brands that give back to planet earth

On December 1, we are seeing red and green! It’s National Eat a Red Apple Day and we encourage everyone to eat a red apple. As the adage goes, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and today is a perfect time to put that theory to taste. An apple is both delicious and nutritious, and can act as a natural floss!
