Then & Now!!! Fighter’s Heaven Past and Present! Open to the Public!

2021 Season Opens on May 1st!

Coach Justin Kavanaugh of The Sport and Speed Institute recently held a three day Legacy Camp at Fighter’s Heaven for a select group of current pro football players and one Olympic sprinter. Coach Kavanaugh, along with boxing coach Bruce Babashan, put the pro athletes through an exclusive program that included intensive physical workouts and multiple workshops focusing on leadership and legacy building. The athletes stayed in the newly remodeled cabins that once housed Ali’s staff and shared their meals in the famous camp kitchen. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Not from Fighter’s Heaven, but from Ennis, Ireland!!! Ali’s great grandfather Abe Grandy emigrated from Ennis to Kentucky in the 1860’s. Ali visited Ennis in 2009 for the dedication of this monument. It was estimated that 10,000 people were on hand when Ali became the first person ever to be conferred with the title of Honorary Freeman of Ennis!
