Humbled. No other word to describe how I feel right now. For years I’ve spoken about how great Tacony is, and how much I love being a part of this community. I’ve resided in Tacony for 38 years, coached youth baseball here, and played on Tacony men’s softball team, and have owned Fink’s hoagies on Princeton Ave. for the past sixteen years. Tacony is in my bones. To be represented with a great portrait by Artist Mat Tomeszk as part of the Tacony NOW Art Project on display at ...the Tacony Library Gardens is humbling. We seriously cannot thank you enough for the out pouring of love and support. Our roll orders must be placed the day before at 5PM. Always fresh, never frozen. A small, friendly reminder.

This week, Monday Sept. 28th through Friday October 2nd, Fink’s will be closed for all catering and individual orders. We’ve been contracted to provide an enormous amount of lunches each day for a local large company. We will resume our normal schedule for catering and individual orders on Saturday, October 3rd. Pennsauken, NJ police officer John Horcher (second from left) was recently promoted to lieutenant. To honor the occasion, and support the fine men and women of the Pennsauken PD, Fink’s sent over one of our magnificent hoagie party trays, plus Finkolis for all to enjoy. Lt. Horcher has been faithfully and honorably serving the Pennsauken community for the last 25 years. Oh yeah, and he’s also the KING’s brother-in-law.... Thanks Lt. It’s that time of year again, America’s Birthday is within view, and with that always comes Fink’s Vacation Week! As in years past, we will be closed for the first week in July, so our essential workers can get some essential rest! Beginning Monday June 29th, and ending Tuesday July 7th, Fink’s will be closed for all operations, WITH THE EXCEPTION of July 4th, when we will be available for party orders faxed or messaged by 4pm July 2. We wish a very happy birthday to America, and a great holiday to all our loyal friends!
