Jesus: The Treasure of Christianity By: Pastor Mike Matthews But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. The Christian sitting in his New York penthouse and the homeless Christian have the same faith, hope and future reality. This reality is they will see Jesus one day. They will behold his glory and rejoice in receiving their treasure. Before you say Amen, pause here. Examine your heart. Why do I trust in Jesus? Prayer- Father, give us eyes to see that Jesus is our treasure. In the morning, give me Jesus, in hard times, give me Jesus. In seasons of wealth, give me Jesus.Amen.
