Reminder of today's virtual Wikipedia Edit-a-thon from 5-6:30pm EST with the Black Lunch Table (co-sponsored by the Penn Museum). When you register you might see 4-5:30pm CST listed, as our BLT friends set up the event from Chicago. This event is free and open to the public and we welcome all those wanting to help the arts increase visibility for underrepresented communities and to combat information bias. No Wikipedia experience needed! Bring your ideas for entries in need of updating or creation and, if possible, create a user account beforehand (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:CreateAccount). BLT will be recording the event too.

This Thursday, November 12, from 5pm 6:30pm EST, the Black Lunch Table will guide us in a virtual Wikipedia Edit-a-thon to highlight and elevate the representation of Black artists on Wikipedia.
