Red: 400 cals burnt Green: 30 minutes of exercise Blue: 12 hours of moving (moving at least a min/hr) I’m trying my hardest to get a 30 minute workout in everyday. Maybe it’s just a walk or maybe it’s a few tabatas, or some weight lifting. But I feel good!!! What have you been doing?

Looking for a great workout while stuck at home? Here's what I did this morning...and all you need is a deck of cards and some energy! Start by writing down 4 different exercises. I like to pick at least 1 that will get my heart pumping and 3 strength moves. Assign each exercise to a card suit. Then start flipping cards! You do whatever exercise you assigned to that suit for the number shown on the card. You can modify this by cutting the deck in half or go all out and ...complete the entire deck of cards. This morning's workout looked like this: Hearts - Pushups Spades - Floor Tricep Dips Clubs - Squat Jumps Diamonds - Sumo Squats I did knee pushups and added a 15lb dumbbell for the sumo squats. You can modify however you'd like! You can take the jump out of the squats or add more weight to any of them. Goal is to get through the whole deck as quickly (with good form) as possible...little rest between cards. Jack - 11 Queen - 12 King - 13 Ace - 15! And the beauty of this workout is that you can pick any exercises you want! Enjoy!
