Meet the Trainer Monday This is Brandi, you can find her profile @pivotaljourney She is one of our group fitness instructors, currently offering 3 classes a week: Tuesday @ 7:15-8pm... @metkon_rx -this is a full body HIIT class that always ends in FUNctional core strength and stretching. Thursday @ 5:50-6:50pm Strength & Conditioning - think weights, cardio, and core all paced by upbeat music. It’s not your typical gym class. Saturday @ 9:15-10:15am P90X - Inspired by the original P90X cds. This class combines lifting with cardio, using supersets and interval training for a full 60 minutes. Brandi is also one of our female certified personal trainers through @nasm_fitness and will be offering Small Group fitness sign up sheets for the summer season. *small group is similar to personal training, with customer created programs offered at a lower affordable cost. Stay tuned for the summer schedule updated and to she her NEW TRX class options.
