OMG such a great sweat! I missed teaching Barre so much!!! For my Y friends, we have virtual Barre Strength Monday nights at 6:30. Feels so good to get back in touch with my inner ballerina! Funny story (that I was about to tell the class until someone else signed on and I had to remember to tell her what she needed first!) I was getting dolled up because I feel more confident with makeup on and this was a brand new class with new choreography. My son asks what I’m doing and I tell him I’m putting on glitter eyeshadow because when I feel fancy I’m not nervous about forgetting the choreography. He says oh, because fancy people don’t forget choreography. I get it.
