Navigating a business through these difficult times is challenging and requires innovative thinking. Starting tomorrow, if you are within 10 miles of the shop, we will pick up and deliver your car if you would like or need service. We will sanitize the driver’s area with antibacterial wipes before returning vehicles to customers. We also have available our key drop ...for those who prefer to drop off and pick up their cars. We will sanitize this daily, but ask customers use caution, and wear gloves or hand sanitize to prevent contamination between cleanings. Your safety and well being are our top priorities. We wanted to reach out to let you know what we are doing at Flickinger’s Auto Service to respond to the current COVID-19 situation. We remain open with normal business hours to service our customers. Our customers and employees are our top priority. We will follow the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will institute a policy of wiping down with disinfectant all door handles, d...oorknobs, and surfaces that are commonly touched. We have available our key drop off, and can take payments over the phone for those not comfortable coming in. We encourage our staff and customers to maintain the 6 foot rule. We will require any employee who is not feeling well to stay home. We request that you please not visit Flickinger’s if you do not feel well or have traveled to an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus related risk.
