Congrats to @fitchick_3471 on her two first place finishes yesterday. Our goals for this season were to get a bit bigger up top and create a more conditioned physique so she could pose like she belonged up there. I pushed her harder than I've ever pushed somebody before and it showed! @clay1723 before and after about an 11 week cut here. He came to me about getting more serious about overall size gain and possibly competing next year. I told him we'd have to get into a favorable body composition first and prime him for a really good growth phase, especially in the lower body. The results here included only 3-4 food drops/cardio increases, so again it really doesn't take much but some consistency and trusting the plan. #bodybuilding #transformation #flawlessenterprisespt #fitness #fitnessmotivation

@fitchick_3471 3.5 weeks out last year vs. 12 weeks out this year. We used last year as a catalyst to have a proper offseason and put on size while in a lean state. Shannon put serious work in to bring her back and quads up as you can see as well as making her overall shape better. We are in a great place for her fall shows because of what happened in hoody and sweats season. Congrats to client @austin_benkovich for taking 1st in teen, true novice, novice, and open light heavyweight bodybuilding and the overalls in novice bodybuilding and true novice classic Physique at the NPC Mountaineer Classic.
