Reducing fire risk naturally.

Our goats have been managing this section of forest for a few years now. Before they started you could not see into these woods more than a few feet. Overgrown with many invasive species, especially buckthorn, there were parts that literally were absolutely impenetrable! Now, the area much more closely resembles traditional PA forest land and is more and more desirable and useful. Believe it or not, even with this thinned so much, 27 goats were just let in. Still some more work to go.
