Have you been feeling a little overwhelmed, tired or just simply in a funk I invite you to discover a new level of relaxation in this upcoming workshop I will be holding with Carrie Drogo Beleno I will guide you through a calming, balancing and healing meditation while Carrie incorporates energetic (reiki) therapy throughout the session. This is a beautiful way to introduce you to the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle! ) energy fields that radiate within your body Cost for the session is $10 which you will receive back in a credit voucher for future energetic sessions. Reminder <3 Community Yoga and Interfaith practice at Holy Trinity Church this evening (4th and Howertown in Catasauqua) at 7 pm <3 All are welcome <3 :)

I am happy to share with you that beginning Wednesday November 13th I will be leading a mindfulness/yoga experience at Holy Trinity Church located at 604 Fourth Street in Catasauqua. The practice begins at 7pm and is interfaith. There will be passages read from various religions before the yoga session and you will have an opportunity to stay and pray after, if that serves you, light a candle for remembrance of loves ones lost, and ask for prayers for those who need them. At ...the very core, all religions and spirituality speak of the same things and those who practice long to connect with their source. Allow this to help you with that. The session begins at 7, the session is free but you may bring money to donate for (currently we are raising money for backpacks for children whose families cannot afford them) a charity we are assisting.
