Flowing Energy Tai Chi

Flowing Energy Tai Chi will be returning to the Shudokan Dojo for the month of July, possibly longer if interest is there. We will be having limited classes of 6 or less students Friday nights from 6 till 8 PM starting July 3rd. We will be concentrating on exercises to strengthen your immune system and lungs during this time of pandemic. Masks are required at the dojo....
