Absolutely no glitter or confetti of any type used for table scatter, decorations, inside balloons, etc. Please share this rule with family and friends. There will be a xtra cleaning fee if you choose to disregard this rule. 2. All balloons must be weighted or tied down. ... 3. All candles must be in glass holders. 4. Please remove everything you brought with you. We have no use for extra utensils or paper products. 5. Please put all tables and chairs how you found them when you first arrived. 6. The venue was cleaned for you use. Before leaving please sweep floor, wash down top of bar and remove Garbage. Provided are garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Hello everyone! I want to send out a hearty welcome, full of gratitude for the wonderful turnout last night! It was great to see familiar faces and to welcome all the newcomers as well. As many of you know, and as I mentioned last night, class will always be different. We will have a different focus from week to week, although there will always be familiar poses as well. As with all things in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you want a vigorous workout..., that comes from you. The poses that we do offer strength, balance, flexibility and can always be made more or less challenging. If you want a more gentle class, that also comes from you. Back off the poses, or do a modification, or simply go into child's pose or other resting pose at any time. Remember, you are here for YOU. It's not about the person next to you, the teacher at the front of the class, or even the friend that brought you. This is your practice, make of it what you want. Hello All! We want to put the word out that Studio Be. Yoga will be offering an 8-week series of classes here starting in September. It's a great space and a good central location for residents of Simpson, Forest City, Carbondale and even from down the valley. Tiffany will be offering 8 sessions to start, as a way of testing the waters and seeing if the interest is there for a weekly class. TheI hope is that after 8 weeks, everyone will have developed a habit that will conti...nue and keep us as a group. For those of you who don't know where we are located, the hall is located at 4 Doris St in Simpson. It is directly across the street from the St. Peter and Paul Church (the large one with all the gold cupolas on the top). The classes will begin on Monday September 14, the next Monday AFTER Labor Day. Class will run from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at a cost of $10/class for walk-ins. For those who wish to sign up for all 8 classes, Tiffany will offer an introductory price of $60 for all eight sessions, a savings of $20! If you wish to do this, just sign up and pay when you come on the first day. Pass the word, dust off your mat, and get ready for some great yoga!
