Almost 37 years ago, our family took a giant leap of faith and bought a small bar. With almost no previous experience in the hospitality industry, limited funds, and a rowdy bunch of regulars - the deck was stacked against us. One thing above all else drove us forward, and that is a genuine love for people and a passion for great food. Throughout the past year more than ever, we have been reminded of the unrelenting support of our community. We are forever grateful. Your pat...ience, understanding, and dedication to Franco's Lounge constantly overwhelms our hearts. Thank you to our amazing staff, past and present, who have always stepped up and embraced all of the changes with grace, and to our family of patrons - without you, we'd be nothing. Summon the spring with a SALMON SALAD! Grilled filet with your choice of marinade, placed on top of our Mia's House Salad - which is a mixture of house veggies, pineapple, raisins, sunflower seeds, and blended cheeses. As always, we also offer the salmon filet as a dinner entree served with your choice of pasta, potato wedges, or vegetables, with a dinner salad and bread.

All the deliciousness of porchetta - inside of a lasagna! Pork layered with blended Italian cheeses and our roasted fennel and artichoke pesto. It's the perfect lighter lasagna for these spring evenings!

The Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian-American tradition that our family has always loved. Originally stemming from the Catholic tradition of fasting from meat the day before a feast, the Italians would have a multitude of fishes to commemorate the wait for the midnight birth of Christ. Why seven different fishes? No one really knows. It's just a number that seemed to stick. Some say because of the seven sacraments, others say the seven hills of Rome. We will be offerin...g our regular, full menu along with some Feast of the Seven Fishes features, such as: Sicilian Fish Balls - a delicious "meatball" made of sashimi grade tuna and herbs in a harissa sauce or marinara Baccala Stew - a tomato based cod stew Fried Baccala - deep fried and seasoned cod Haddock Fra Diavlo - baked haddock in a spicy marinara sauce over homemade pasta Red or White Clam Sauce Fried Calamari Shrimp and Scallop Scampi Grilled Salmon Available for takeout now until New Year's Eve.
