I don’t know who changed anything about freedom bar and grill but it still is up for sale. It’s not been taken off the market and it has not been sold. Now is the time to grab it while bars are allowed to be opened it has a brand new $20,000 kitchen in it and the deck is licensed the liquor license comes with the building for $175,000. I’ve dropped the price on the bar to $175,000 with the license and all the equipment. If anyone is interested please contact me the patio is huge and can be canvassed so you can use it through the fall and early winter I’ve had fundraisers out there wood heaters under tarps and it’s beautiful it stays warm a lot of money was put into it but it needs more money put into it.If anyone’s looking for a business or you can sell the license and turn it into a house or apartments.

I have more people checking on freedom bar and Grill right now then I’ve had since I had it open. It’s up for sale. I don’t have a choice and it’s killing me to sell it but you can’t put people on a patio in the winter but it’s big enough inside to spread out enough tables 6 feet apart and let people in. I paid 225 for It. I started selling it at 200,000 I dropped it down to 185,000. There’s a lot of potential there for someone who’s willing to invest the money in it there’...s a seven room apartment upstairs but it does need to be remodeled the downstairs where the bar is is huge it’s got a brand new $20,000 kitchen on it that’s only been used for six months. If everybody’s so interested in it that they keep checking the site why don’t they buy it and see what they can do with it. It holds one of the oldest licenses in the valley. I had some of the greatest times at the freedom bar and Grill. The fundraisers were my favorite. I loved all my girls who worked for me they were my family. But sadly the bar is up for sale. It’s going to be hard for me because I live right across the street. I had a love-hate relationship with the bar. But I do know I’m going to miss it real bad and all the people that became my friends. I love you all I thank you for your support. We gave it our best shot. But we had a stupid neighbor. One lousy stupid person. Again thank you all. I hope to see you somewhere along the way. Have a great Christmas. I know that I remember all of you fondly.
