#HowitstartedHowitsgoing This week we are CELEBRATING our moms!! We asked a few of our Freedoms moms how it started and how it’s going! Today we are featuring Elizabeth Moore! Swipe for a little peak at how it started I’m not sure I really had a picture of what motherhood would be like. But I definitely thought it would feel natural and easy. While it has not always felt natural and rarely has it felt easy, one thing I know for sure is that God is using motherhood to make me more like Him. He has also used motherhood to do an even deeper healing work in me with a broken relationship with my own mother. Amidst all the ups and downs and twists and turns of being a mom, this I know...the Lord brings joy, heals, helps, forgives, redeems, and restores. And by His grace, I am a mom.

Prayer takes us beyond legal justification before God, and into an experience of relationship with God. Through prayer we are transformed into the image of Christ and can experience friendship with God. The early church was not a perfect church, but it was a praying church. Will we follow their example? Will we trust the process? Will we enter in to a deeper walk with the Lord this year and experience the power of God in our lives and ministry?
