The Borough of State College Parking Department will not be enforcing the No Par...king 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. and the one- and two-hour restrictions beginning at noon on Friday, November 15, 2019, in all of the Borough EXCEPT the Highlands Neighborhood due to the *Residential Parking Pilot Program.
