Last evening, the Lehighton Fire Department hosted a multi-company training with Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Co. and Mahoning Valley Fire Company No.1 at t...he Body & Soul complex on Bridge Street in Lehighton. Firefighters were able to simulate a large scale scenario with multiple operations taking place. Lehighton Fire Police and Franklin Twp. Fire Police provided traffic control to help ensure the safety of our firefighters during this training. We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to the Frey Family for allowing us to utilize their property for training! The ability to perform scenario training in buildings in our coverage area is invaluable and is extremely beneficial for firefighter training! See more
