I would like to thank my customers for your patronage since June 24, 2017. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I am unable to continue to serve you at Gail’s Eatery on Main ... My goal was to provide you with freshly prepared food in a clean environment. Any small business owner knows this requires 100% commitment and dedication. With that said Please support the small business owners of downtown Stroudsburg and other communities. It was a pleasure serving you! Spring has arrived! Time for Spring Cleaning!! We will be closed for vacation Tuesday April 24th and Wednesday April 25th!

Nursing week is coming soon!! This post gives me flashbacks to my staff nursing days! Shout out to every one of the nurses I encounter on a daily basis while doing my rounds as a nursing supervisor at Lehigh Valley Health Network -CC. I had the privilege of being a patient at LVHN several times on both med-surg units and critical care. Loved the nurses that took care of me!!... Nursing week is coming up!! Please take a moment to thank a nurse! Their profession is like no other! They wear multiple hats as you can see by reading the post by Olivia Nelson! Thank you LVHN nurses! You rock!!!

Gail's will be closed on Easter Sunday to allow our staff to enjoy the day with friends and family!
