In a rare unanimous 7-0 decision, this week the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in favor of Galfand Berger's client, paving the way for a jury to hear his catastrophic injury lawsuit. After a lower court entered a ruling that our client's case should not be heard by a jury, Senior Partner Michael Malvey spent the next three and a half years appealing the case all the way to Pennsylvania's highest court. After hearing the oral argument from Mr. Malvey and opposing counsel, all seven Supreme Court Justices agreed that the lower courts had made multiple errors in how they handled the case, and issued an opinion that will allow our client to finally have his trial. While some attorneys may have given up after the first or second adverse decision, Mr. Malvey never strays from being a fierce advocate for his clients
