To our valued patients, We hope that you are all well and in good health! Our community has been through a lot over the last few months and we are happy to announce that we are back in the office starting today. We will be keeping our normal office hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am-7:00pm and for your convenience we will be in the office most Saturdays for the next several months. Dr. Snow has been working hard to ensure that we have all the proper PPE (Personal ...Protection Equipment) required for the safety of our staff and patients upon our return. We have missed seeing you and look forward to once again providing you with quality care. *To ensure your safety and follow guidelines we have implemented a COVID19 protocol for your appointments* -If you have had any of the following symptoms within the last 2 weeks: Cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell- please stay home, call us and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date. -Patients need to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment time. This is crucial as we have allotted a specific amount of time for office sanitation and to follow social distancing protocols. If you are unable to keep your scheduled time or arrive late you will be asked to reschedule. -Once you have arrived to the parking lot, you have the option to remain in your vehicle or come into our waiting room. If you prefer to wait in your vehicle please call 724-698-7221 & a staff member will be out to greet you. -You are to wear a mask to the office, if you do not have one let us know upon your arrival and we will provide one for you. -Upon entering and the office and prior to leaving the office you will be asked to use hand sanitizer & wash your hands. -Patients should arrive to their appointment by him/herself, any persons accompanying the patient will have to remain in their vehicles for the duration of the patient’s appointment. -After your appointment please proceed directly to your vehicle. All co-pays and financial responsibilities are to be paid over the phone prior to your appointment, we will not be doing any transfers of money in office to ensure safety. All scheduling will be completed over the phone after your appointment. We thank you for your patience as we adhere to all the requirements during this time.
