The Gateway Aviation alumni is sad about the recent news of passing away of our friend, chief flight instructor, and mentor Matt Ryan. He went from a LCCC alumini to work line service at Queen City to Chief flight instructor to captain in the CRJ 900 at Endeavor Air. We will miss you Matt. Rest in Peace Chief. The January accellerated instrument trip was a huge success. 5 days, 4 nights of XC instrument training experiencing new challenges and seeing new places. PA, DE, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL and back. There are 2 spots available for trips in February and March. They will be 5 days, 4 nights, approx 20 hours per student in a DA40. If interested, post your prefferred dates and G1000 or six pack.
