Exploration Families, Thank you for choosing to be a part of the pilot year of our summer program. Our staff and student volunteers have loved having your explorers. We have been evaluating the effectiveness of the program over the last two weeks and decided that given the limited enrollment for the month of August, we must reduce the program to seven weeks; therefore, we will be ending the inaugural program on Friday July 31st. We have revised itinerary for our exploration ...accordingly. We wanted to give you ample notice should you need to make other arrangements for August. We will be looking for ways to improve the program for next year. Currently the plan is to run next year’s exploration in June and July only. However, we do not specific dates set yet. As pilot families, we will notify you first when next year’s exploration program registration materials are ready. Attention Summer Exploration Families, We have to make a change to our Friday camp day policy. We are asking that you drop your children off and pick them up at the campground. Both of the vehicles we planned on using to transport the explorers to Camp White’s Pond are in the shop. Since you are transporting them, they may bring their own fishing rods. We will provide the bait. If you would like to follow me to the campground, please e-mail me back and let me know.... The camp is located at 247 Hoover Rd.Templeton, PA 16259 directions and a map can be found below. Please let us know if you cannot attend. We can rollover the difference in your tuition to a following week or issue a refund. Directions: Follow US-422 BUS W to NW Pass in Manor 5 min (2.1 mi) Continue on NW Pass to Rayburn 2 min (1.0 mi) Follow PA-28 N/PA-66 N to Hoover Rd in Boggs (turn will be on the left) 10 min (7.5 mi) Continue on Hoover Rd to your destination (road wraps around to the right; follow it 0.8 miles you will turn left at the sign that says Camp White Pond. Follow that road all the way back to the pavilion.)

Policy Change Notice due to staffing: 1. Early drop-off (7:30-8:45) is still available at an additional fee, but must be scheduled 24-hours in advance.
