Another property clean up
We replaced the rotten wood and installed new plywood. Then for a little extra measure we put the roofing seam tape on the edges.
Ceiling fan support repair. Can't hang a ceiling fan on drop ceiling railing, it falls down. We installed better support for the fan.
Just when you thought you seen it all. Drain pipe too short so they tried to hold it together with electrical tape.
