I would love to see the science behind this. I imagine the court will be flooded with suppression motions. If someone is not showing signs of impairment but tests positive on this thing,.I question whether that will sufficient probable cause for a blood draw. If this cant test with a certain degree of scientific certainty, then this will be worthless. Again, I haven't looked at the science nor do I know whether there has been control group testing.

Effective January 23, 2019, Pennsylvania changed its law regarding license suspensions for drug possession convictions. Under the old law, a person convicted of possession of a controlled substance could have his license suspended for up to 18 months, depending on the number of prior convictions. Under the new law, delivering privileges remain intact following a conviction for possession. Additionally, underage drinking and possession of a fake ID no longer carry license suspensions either. Driving license suspensions are now reserved for those crimes involving a motor vehicle.
