UPDATE: We received a call from Springfield Detectives yesterday to come and identify some items found in a van. We got back our pink tent, blue tent, craft sup...plies and 3 of the 119 t-shirts. They have sold our purple tent with sides, almost all of the t-shirts except 3 and our microchips. They are filing charges on the person that owns the van and we hope they will be able to get the other 2 guys also. THANK YOU so much to the people that sent in tips, to everyone that shared our post and to our media person and channel 7 news. We couldn't have done it without you! I am making another post with photos of the stolen items. Thank you to everyone for all of the leads we are receiving. Please know we will keep the leads confidential. We will make a post later today with all the stuff stolen. The highest dollar loss is the damage to our suburban. Why??? What purpose is there for breaking into the only vehicle we had for events and breaking it to pieces inside and out? Why steal all of our tents, banners, t-shirts, craft supplies and microchips we had loaded for our Dogtoberfest Event? What are you going to do with SPCA banners and T-Shirts? We will find out who did this. We will prosecute you. You have stolen from homeless, abused and neglected animals. I'm posting photos of our tents in the comments.. everyone keep an eye out! Look for our banners that say SPCA on them.

Seriously one of the best photos ever... Farm dogs leading their cattle out of the flood in Florida and to safety. All of these animals got out of the flood safe. Here's to some courageous K9 heroes.
