Today’s cheesecake Wednesday has some not so traditional cheesecakes, but they both contain cheese so we’re gonna count ‘em! The first pic is our chocolate bliss cake, chocolate cookie crust, chocolate chip cheesecake, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, finished off with our chocolate buttercream. Our Tiramisu cake is layers of sponge cake with espresso rum drizzle, mascarpone cheese filling with shaved chocolate, topped with vanilla whipped cream and more chocolate shavings; it can be done as a birthday cake with a thin layer of buttercream on top for writing. Both cakes are available by the slice this week while supplies last, and can be ordered for any occasion

While we always try to accommodate last minute orders, the busy season is upon us, and we may not always be able to do so. We have orders coming up for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, showers, confirmations, and graduations; if you’re wondering if it’s too early to order for your next event, the answer is no! And this post is your reminder that we need your Mother’s Day order by this Saturday, May 1st. Order any of mom’s favorites or choose from our list of features!

Last week was a cheesecake week! Cookies and cream, amaretto chocolate chip, blueberry, white chocolate cherry; and salted caramel were some of last week’s choices, but we can make whatever flavor you love! What would your pick be?!

You need more than milk and bread to get you through a snowstorm, and we’ve got what you really need: delicious desserts, melt in your mouth cinnamon or vanilla rolls, and home made soups! In addition to this week’s GBC favorites stuffed cabbage or roasted red pepper Gouda, we have some soups in our freezer that are specially priced at 3 pints for $12, today only!

Bummed we didn’t get snow this week? Make your own snow (flake cookies!) Or make the adorable tan and brown mittens we’ve been seeing lately. You can choose a snowflake (6 cookies with white and blue icing) or mitten (6 cookies with tan and white icing and chocolate) kit for $12, or get a kit with both for $20! Pickup this Saturday from 10-2, we must have your order by noon on Friday. And we will give away one of each kit, just comment below with your preference of mittens or snowflakes and we will give away one of each between all entries on Instagram and Facebook, good luck!
