Sadly, we've all been there....

This repair turned out beautiful! The floor had water damage and was soft in the corner. Now repaired much better than new!

Here is a water heater tank we found early this spring. Due to improper winterization, the bottom of the tank froze and split! There was water all over the floor. Don't miss the little details when you winterize! It could cost you big.
