Great group to explore Bear Swamp Park and hike around Lake Minsi!

It was a rainy hike at Big Pocono State Park hike on Sunday, but we had a great time together!

Reflecting on a beautiful first Get Out for Wellness hike to kick off a new year! Grateful we were able to host two separate groups so more could participate safely.

It was a beautiful day to enjoy Hawk Mountain! The group saw a sharpshin hawk fly over at North Lookout and a golden eagle flew over before reached the top. This is a good week to see golden eagles, also at Lehigh Gap.

A couple pictures from a recent hike at Robert Rodale Gateway Trail and the Alpine Street Trail in Emmaus. We are enjoying staying active and exploring together again.

Passport/Prize Update: The past several months prevented us from many of our scheduled passport stops, but we are excited to be offering in-person programs again! Since we were not able to come together as a group for so many months, Lehigh Valley Health Network and Wildlands Conservancy have decided to make sure you still have the opportunity to get in your 10+ hikes in order to qualify for a prize. You can log any hikes you do on your own from August 13-December 13 and sen...d them all to Diane by December 13th in order to qualify for a prize. No need to send the information hike by hike- just send your total list of hikes by the due date of December 13th. And of course, you are welcome to join us for any of our upcoming Get Out! for Wellness hikes. Just keep an eye on our website or Lehigh Valley Health Network's Get Out for Wellness Facebook page for updates and links to register.
