The Gettysburg Riding Club and the Blue & Gray Horse Shows are getting excited to hopefully be holding our horse shows very soon. Keep checking back on FB and on the web pages for updates. AND Don't forget that Gettysburg Riding Club will be having a benefit show for the Shining Stars Therapeutic Riding Program on Sunday, August 2. This is open to everyone and is just a fun day for everyone.

Keep good thoughts people so that we can soon start some local horse shows. There are sure to be lots of new rules and regulations so that we can adhere with the social distancing and some extra paperwork that will go with entries. When we know anything we will let you know.

We hope that everyone is able to get some riding in this spring. We hope to be able to see everyone in the near future at our shows. As soon as we know when we will be able to start our shows we will let you know. Stay safe and happy riding!

February meeting of the Gettysburg Riding Club will be held on Thursday, February 27 at The Livery, the barn at Herr Tavern. Come join us to eat at 6 and the meeting should start around 7:00. Tom Crouse of Maryland Equine Dental and Dr. Kate Baldwin of TreeHorse Veterinary Services will be there to answer any questions on animal health. Please come and join us. Other business will be our upcoming shows and upcoming tack swap/yard sale. Hope to see you there!
